You can find a lot of good suggestions on this site: http://personalmba.com/best-business-books/

Some of the books on this list that I've both read and enjoyed include:

  1. First, Break All The Rules by Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman
  2. The Power of Less by Leo Babauta
  3. What Got You Here Won’t Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith

I'm currently a quarter of the way through Seeing What’s Next by Clayton M. Christensen, Erik A. Roth, Scott D. Anthony.

The information is very interesting, although the reading can be a bit "dry" at times.

Personal Growth leads to a solid base for positive business growth. These two books by the same author have provided much insight into the direction I needed to take to move forward with life and business.

Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman Sacred Journey of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman

Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki. One of the first books about money that I read that encouraged me to start creating it for myself ("owning the system") instead of relying 100% on a day job. Inspiration read.
